I have been away from my blog for some time now. As I think along my journey, I will be sharing thoughts about healthcare systems, education in medicine and a vision for cancer care. I will touch on troubled waters and the fragmentation of these systems. There is a palpable decline in talent across many aspects that continue to erode our ability to take care of patients.
